MEET THE INSTRUCTOR
Keren Lachman Lishanski has over 25 years of experience in teaching movement, dance, and Pilates.
She graduated from four Pilates programs from different schools including L.A. Pilates School and Vintage Pilates to name a few. She currently owns two studios in Jerusalem, Israel and Bali, Indonesia where she conducts workshops and courses and teaches certification courses.
