Joel uses Pilates to teach people to stretch and strengthen their bodies

With over 18 years of experience as an athletic performance specialist, personal fitness trainer, and health/nutrition coach, Joel uses Pilates to teach people to stretch and strengthen their bodies in a way that is most beneficial to them. His focus is on increasing and maintaining flexibility, balance, lean body mass, and cardiovascular efficiency.

Using the original teachings of Joseph Pilates, he teaches techniques that allow individuals to stretch and strengthen in a way that is the most natural and beneficial for muscles and tendons while developing fluid and balanced muscle usage. Joel’s classes and individual sessions have been successful in training, reconditioning, and rehabilitating elite professional athletes and people of all fitness levels.
