Intensive Training Description
Pilates is about stretch, strength, and control. Pull ups and push ups are important to create strength and control while keeping your balance. Follow along with Gloria in this 4-week Intensive and build the strength and power you need for these exercises. You'll also delve deeper into the pull up and push up and see them not only as exercises for your arms and upper body but as exercises for the entire body.
