Frequently Asked Questions:

Do I need a membership to join?

No. Classes are open to all Pilates instructors with classical Pilates knowledge or contemporary Pilates instructors who are interested in Classical Pilates.

Where will the classes be held?

All classes will be held online via Zoom. You will need to download Zoom on your own device to join the class.

What happens if I can’t join the class live?

We encourage everyone to ATTEND LIVE so participants can receive in-person feedback that is specifically catered to you and your body. However, if you cannot attend, we have recordings for some of our classes that you can watch. These are only available for a certain period of time. Note: Not all programs will have recordings as this is dependent on the instructor.

What if I don’t have any apparatus? Can I still join a class?

All classes are highly practical. We recommend access to apparatus so you can observe and take notes. (With your camera on!)

What happens after I make an online purchase?

You will receive a confirmation email with the class access link. If you don’t receive the access link, please email us at info@thepilateslink.net at least 24 hours before the class.

Do I need to have my video on during class?

Yes, you MUST have your camera/video on at ALL TIMES during the class. Failure to comply will result in an automatic expulsion from the class without a refund.

Where do I find information about the courses I have taken, payments made, and certifications earned?

To access all this information, you will need to log in to The Pilates Link website and click on your profile and your personal dashboard. You will be able to see all this information there.

What happens if I am running late for a class?

Punctuality is required for our classes. There will only be a 10-minute allowable window, after which you will not be able to join the class.

What is TPL’s cancellations and refund policy?

If you cancel more than 1 week before the start date of your program, you will get a credit voucher to use for another TPL program. The voucher will have a validity period of 4 weeks. If you do not book a program within that timeframe, the voucher will expire and cannot be requested again.

Note: The value of the voucher must be used in a single purchase. Any remaining credit available will be null and void. It will be possible to book 2 programs using the credit, however, the booking must be done on the same day.

If you cancel the program (that you purchased with a credit voucher), there will be no more refunds or credit vouchers available. If you cancel less than 1 week before the start date of your program, no refund or credit vouchers will be available.

Can I combine discounts and vouchers?

Unfortunately, promotions such as discounts (e.g. early bird, exclusive promos, etc.) and vouchers (e.g. discount vouchers, etc.) cannot be combined.
