MEET THE INSTRUCTOR
Nancy is a Pilates Instructor and International Presenter…
Nancy Castiglioni is a Pilates Instructor and International Presenter who has taught classes and workshops to instructors in the US, England, Korea, Qatar, Italy, Panama, Argentina, Paraguay, Dubai, and India. She is a Founding Presenter of “It’s a Pilates Party” held in Boston every year.
She was also a presenter at Momentum Fest in Denver, Colorado, and has been featured in Pilates Style Magazine, Pilates TV, and several other major Instagram pages. She was a ballet dancer and a gymnast before she took up Pilates to share her passion for the Method at Classic Pilates Studio in Panama City, Panama, where she currently resides, and around the world through her workshops and master classes.
She is Balanced Body Mat certified, has a Classical Mat certification through IRPA Internacional, and is also a 3rd generation Classical Pilates Instructor certified through L’arte International / Mariano Dolagaray.

Do I need a membership to join?
No. Classes are open to all Pilates instructors with classical Pilates knowledge.
Where will the classes be held?
All classes will be held online via Zoom. You will need to download Zoom on your own device to join the class.
What happens if I can’t join the class live?
Recordings are AVAILABLE to watch for 24 hours.
What if I don’t have any apparatus? Can I still join a class?
All classes are highly practical, we recommend access to apparatus.
What happens after I make an online purchase?
You will receive a confirmation email with the access link. If you don’t receive the access link, please email us at info@thepilateslink.net at least 24 hours before the class.
Do I need to have my video on during class?
Yes, you MUST have your camera/video on at ALL TIMES during the class. Failure to comply will result in an automatic expulsion from the class without a refund.
What is TPL’s cancellations and refund policy?
- Cancel more than 1 week before start date: 30% refund
- Cancel less than 1 week before start date: No refund
What happens if I am running late for a class?
Punctuality is required for our classes. There will only be a 10-minute allowable window, after which you will not be able to join the class.
